For your information, effective on Sunday, December 8, 2003, market data will be disseminated to 5 price levels (as is currently the standard in the E-mini S&P 500® and the E-mini NASDAQ-100®), for the E-mini Russell 2000 and E-mini Midcap 400, due to increased interest and transactional volume.  This data is available on channel four of the Market Data Network (MDN).
